A one-of-kind unit, our 4-bedroom, 3 full baths condominium offers an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, living area, balcony and fireplace. This unit offers a partial view of Aspen Mountain. This condo has been updated in a mountain style decor. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. All showers has steam shower options. There is a smart TV in the living room and flat screen TVs with cable in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private balcony to itself. This condo has air conditioning that can be used during the summer months.
The Aspen Mountain Gondola is just steps away as well as the Ruby Park Transit Station which offers complimentary skier shuttles to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. Aspen’s famous nightlife, shops and restaurants are just out your front door. Complimentary wi-fi and daily maid service are just some of the additional amenities we offer to enhance your stay.

  North of Nell did not disappoint! Girl's trip to Aspen with 7 of us was amazing! This place had plenty of room and was great walking to everywhere. Kitchen fully stocked and bathrooms as well. Showers were amazing. The balcony was large and enjoyed. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient to have right downstairs. We will definitely stay here again!

  North of Nell was great as it always has been. It has the best location in Aspen, a great and helpful staff, and condos that are well decorated and make you feel like you are at home. We had 7 couples and had a 3 and 4 bedroom units right across from each other that made for a great party enviroment and way to stay connected. Restaurants, night life, shopping and everything else you need are within a short walk. The transportation to all of the other slopes/mountains is right by the building along with Bike rentals/any adventure you want right in the N of Nell building. Cleaning staff everyday is great and while you dont have room service or other hotel amenities stores are near by to stock your condo. For any family, group of friends, during summer or winter North of Nell is something I cant say enough good things about
