This condo features 1342 square feet of living space with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, living area, balcony and fireplace. The living room has a smart TV and the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. This condo has air conditioning that can be used during the summer months.
The Ruby Park Transit Station is located across the street on the opposite side of the building, which offers complimentary skier shuttles to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. Aspen’s famous nightlife, shops and restaurants are just out your front door.   We spend 21 nights between Christmas and jan 12th in this nice was our second time in the same apartment and we noticed some renovation, but we belive it could be better if the arm chair and other furniture could be refreshed! We love the North of nell Condo.1

  North of Nee is the most well located of any of the accomodation choices ij Aspen. Adjacent both the Gondola for skiing at Aspen Mountain and also right next to the bus stop where the buses go to the other three options (Highlands, Snowmass and Buttermilk.
  There is also a ski valet located in the building for easy storage od boots, skis and poles.
  The 2 bed 2 bath apartment we had was great with a view of the ski runs .The staff at North of Nell are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Gail and Joe in particular were very attentive.
  WE will be back next year for sure.

  Our family had a wonderful stay in Unit 2C at North of Nell. The spacious 2 BR, 2 bath unit was perfect for my wife and I, our daughter and her husband and our 6 year old granddaughter. The property was very clean, our unit was well-stocked with everything including great puzzles and games. The location could not be better. We plan to return for our next visit!
